As part of the MMAG strategy, Foxall Munro Ltd (FM) coordinates the collection of Marine Strike data from the Hazard reporting system, the Marine Strike survey, and other research sources, which are compiled in the Marine Strike Log, a secure and confidential platform.
All information provided is retained to enable validation of the authenticity and credibility of information against past and future reports.
Authorized end-users may request access to an anonymized dataset under strict data sharing criteria for scientific and collision mitigation purposes only.
Data sharing agreements with third parties: The International Whaling Commission, Whale Alert, and other authorized end-user organizations as may be accepted based on their compliance with data sharing agreement.
